Patrick Daniel is the founder and principal of Patrick Daniel Law, based in Lafayette, Louisiana. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi at Oxford and received his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where he graduated with cum laude honors in 2001. Patrick’s honors and awards include being recognized in Louisiana Super Lawyers – Rising Stars 2012 as well as Louisiana Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40. He is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar as well as various other professional organizations.
Rachel Martin Deckelmann joined Patrick Daniel Law in September 2012. Her practice is focused in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury law. Rachel has represented clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, through medical malpractice and other catastrophic injuries. She also has experience in the field of products liability and general liability.
Raymond L. Panneton
A native Texan, Raymond L. Panneton has built a national practice with deep Texas roots. Joining Patrick Daniel Law in 2019 as a Senior Trial Lawyer, Mr. Panneton brings with him his passion for representing those who have suffered catastrophic injuries, as well as his diverse background and knowledge.
